The Solution Sales Executive will work with new business sales executives and client managers to grow this business in both new and existing clients. Additionally this individual will be responsible for generating new business on-site fitness leads within the territory. This position will workboth independently and in partnership with sales and client management to establish business plans focusing on activities that increase exposure and revenue growth for Optum on-site products and solutions. These activities will include but not be limited to coordinating RFP activity and response, expanding producer partnerships, following up on prospect meetings, coordinating the proposal process and response, partnering with product teams to deliver client based solutions, negotiating deals and presenting at capabilities, finalist and industry meetings. Key success factors will include RFP activity, completion of finalist meetings and attainment of assigned revenue goal.***Territory will cover the state of California ()
