Must Be: Bilingual (Spanish) Supporting Marketplace: Call center background (inbound preferred) handing all product lines (all state), assisting members and potential members with initial questions and setting them up with marketplace coverage, multitasking and toggling between various applications, good typing (40 WPM), and computer literate (Excel data entry, manipulate data, sort, run reports, and save - no formal or pivot tables and Outlook -sending emails and scheduling) Available to begin interviews ASAP Duties: Workers will be taking inbound calls, and processing premium payments. Three week of training Summary: Respond to telephone inquiries from both Molina Members and Providers and provide accurate, efficient, and courteous service. Essential Functions: Respond to incoming calls from members and providers excluding provider claims calls.
