Inside Sales position, $20-25/hr, Aerospace background Skills and Qualifications: * 4 year Degree from an accredited school or equivalent experience * 3 years minimum experience selling machined components, assemblies, and/or engineered products General Responsibilities: * Build and develop relationships with key personnel in target companies within an established Military and Aerospace marketspace. * Maintain and grow relationships with customers using phone, email and face-to-face customer visits. * Increase market share in the target markets with extreme focus on hunting and landing new business resulting in incremental growth. * Identify new product potential as well as modifications to existing products needed to maintain our competitive edge in the marketspace. * Travel to customer sites and tradeshows as required. * Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
