MUST BE BILINGUAL IN BOTH KOREAN AND ENGLISH Job Description: RESPONSIBILITES-DUTIES * Answer phones and respond to customer requests utilizing exceptional customer service skills * Provide customers with product and service information * Adhere to confidentiality * Utilize problem solving skills to resolve customer concerns * Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff upon request * Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system * Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved * Complete call logs and reports * Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls * Recommend process improvements * Other duties as assigned Work Environment: Corporate Healthcare Facility - Fast paced environment, so the ability to pick up during training will be a highly desired trait Qualifications: Call Center experience , with the ability to speak fluently in korean Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to there years of office experience.
