The Operations Clerk will work in a variety of areas including purchasing, inventory control, and safety/quality. The Operations Clerk reports directly to the Production Manager. Job Description: ? Write purchase orders for rolls, raw materials and supplies ? Assist with managing month ending inventory counts ? Update product/roll inventory on daily basis ? Responsible for weekly report updates ? Post-production quality checks (finished goods) ? Attend and record minutes for weekly SQE meeting (Safety, Quality, Environment) ? Record daily production performance ? Contact suppliers for available roll lists ? Keep in contact with vendors/suppliers for shipping status ?
