Customer service position with heavy data/order entry. Direct customer service experience Managing account territories Processing orders through ERP system Background in processing credit Financial background Order entry Shipping and logistics Close out orders This position assists with our National Accounts. The person needs to have accurate data entry skills, good computer skills, basic math skills and strong communications. They will be working in our Plex ERP system so they need to be comfortable dealing with customer records and orders (working with lots of number - sales orders, credits, unit quantities, etc.). They will interface with finance and the rest of the customer service team.
