Operations Clerk Candidate MUST have 3 years experience in an office setting using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support production and operations. Essential Functions: Performs administrative and clerical tasks, including inventory records, freight rates, customer orders and reorders, shipments, and report generation. Coordinates and enters customer orders. Coordinates freight and delivery. Prepares a variety of daily and weekly statistical reports and logs for Operations.
