Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a full time HR Assistant to join our fast paced office. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to clients and employees and someone who places an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships with all who they come in contact with. Duties include but are not limited to: Phone Screening all applicants Scheduling Interviews Conducting reference dmv checks Scheduling and coordinating New Hire Orientation Set up and maintenance of personnel files Set up and maintenance of employee data in database Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years prior HR experience required Previous customer service experience a plus Strong written and oral communication skills Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook Superior interpersonal and organizational skills We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, is calm under pressure and is a quick learner.
