A large medical manufacturing company in Northridge, CA is looking for customer service representatives to join their team. Some of the job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Job Description: Candidates will receive inbound phone calls and answer questions regarding their insulin pumps. They will instruct the callers to take steps to resolve issues. Average call time is 14 minutes although some calls can last up to 3 hours. It's quality, over quantity. Work Environment: Call Center office environment Qualifications: High School Diploma AA or 5 years of experience. Must be able to work first or second shift. Start time 6 am, end time 11pm. Performance Expectations: Must be able to work in a call center environment. Candidates must be able to work weekends and shift flexibility is a huge plus. -There are six weeks of training to train them about the insulin pump, shadow, classroom settings. -There are metrics in place to do quality checks, have regular sit-downs regarding over all quality. -Attendance is crucial. -This department works 365 days/year so candidates need to know about working holidays and working weekends.
