The Lead Cook acts as a resident squad leader in the kitchen and assists in some management duties as well. She/he prepares mouthwatering food and beverages for our customers in a way they would never expect from bowling center cuisine. The Lead Cook is not just a great cookhe/she is a visionary and director, creating new and exciting culinary options for special groups or guests in accordance with the Bowlmor Food and Beverage criteria and maintaining the sanitation and organization of cooking and serving areas according to local and Bowlmor Guidelines. In addition, she/he communicates and trains other kitchen staff on changes to food and beverage options, upgrades, and presentation. ()
