We have an opportunity for a Business Process Analyst in our Irvine, CA office. In this role you will handle Data Release Governance (DRG), departmental policy and procedure documentation, training materials, and process improvement project requests within Government Programs. The analyst will also facilitate system enhancement post implementation projects that are submitted to the department. In addition to these responsibilities, the employee will support operational QA activities, such as measuring and monitoring department Key Performance Indicators and reporting the performance results to leadership. Primary Responsibilities: Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs ()
